Finding a signup sheet to use for your Christmas party can be surprisingly difficult. Why? Because there’s no one-size-fits-all signup sheet. Different types of parties call for different information from their guests, so one sheet might ask for too much information while another asks for too little.
Also, let’s be honest: it can be just plain boring. There are probably other things you’d rather be doing than thinking about signup sheets, and many of the printable ones you find online are dull.
Let’s try to correct that. Here are six Christmas party signup sheets for different types of events, each featuring a design that’s easy on the eyes. Click on the links below or the preview images to download and print the sheet of your choice.

Christmas Party – Basic
Here’s a generic Christmas party signup sheet that simply asks for your guests’ names and email addresses. Note that this sheet doesn’t ask if the guest is bringing other people with them. For a party that’s open to family and others, you might want to skip to the next option.

Christmas Party – Detailed
On the other end of the spectrum, here’s a signup sheet that asks for more information, including the number of additional people guests are planning to bring.
Potluck
Here’s a Christmas potluck signup sheet with a spot for guests to indicate what food they’re bringing.
White Elephant Party
Naturally, I’ve created a signup sheet specifically for White Elephant parties. I suggest putting the price range in the spot marked Gift Exchange Info. You might also want to indicate if you’re playing a special version of White Elephant, such as White Elephant Bingo or White Elephant Auction.
White Elephant Potluck
Here’s a signup sheet for a party with both a White Elephant gift exchange and a potluck.
Secret Santa
Finally, here’s a signup sheet for Secret Santa, with a spot for whatever additional information people might want to know upfront. Because you can’t necessarily tell them everything they need to know, you might just want to assure them that details (including rules) will be forthcoming.
You may have noticed that most of the sheets have spaces for you to add a few details about the event. In most cases, people will already have some idea of what they’re signing up for, but this extra info helps avoid confusion. Here are some suggestions on what to write in these spots:
What – Fill in the name of your party and/or what it’s about (ex. “Office Christmas Party and Ugly Sweater Contest”).
When – The date and time of the event (ex. “December 12, 6-10 pm”).
Where – The location of the event (ex. “Conference Room 2B”).
More Info – Whatever additional information you want people to know before signing up. If nothing comes to mind, you could simply list the primary contact in case people have questions (ex. “Contact Greg for more information”).
Gift Exchange/Secret Santa Info – List what your guests need to bring to the party (ex. “Bring one wrapped present costing around $20”). You might also want to briefly mention what the gift exchange is about (“You will be assigned someone to buy for – keep it a secret!”).
